Plus, attendees can enjoy the convenience of staying on-site in our comfortable guest accommodations. A unique, covered open air space underneath the inn, featuring column lined bays and backyard overlooking the Folly River.

Event Requirements

Duvall Catering & Events is our exclusive event catering and venue booking partner. They will work with you to secure your preferred event date and will create a custom menu to suit the needs for your special gathering.

A 50% payment and signed contract are required to guarantee your event space for the specified date. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the event date.

Unless otherwise arranged for next day pick-up, all rental items and decor must be cleaned up at the conclusion of the event. All trash must be cleaned up at the conclusion, no exceptions. *We cannot store rental items due to limited space, unless a prior arrangement has already been made.

Folly Beach has an outdoor noise ordinance – all lights must be out and music concluded by 10:00 p.m. We abide strictly by this rule and expect all guests to adhere to it. Attendees who are not guests at the inn MUST leave the property by 10:00pm. We ask that the wedding party make all guests aware of this and ensure they abide by this requirement. If not, possible fees may result.

The venue and catering team will be focusing on your catering and bar needs. At a minimum we require a licensed and insured day-of coordinator to manage your rental items, décor elements, ceremony, and any other vendors you have engaged. If you would like recommendations, we are happy to share a list!

For any group over 40, for your convenience and ease we require the rental of additional restrooms. This element is necessary for larger groups and provides convenience for the guests.
